Temporary Recruiting Specialist

Supporting a high-impact recruiting project, the Temporary Recruiting Support Specialist will source and screen candidates while working full-time in a hybrid environment based in Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases Conduct initial phone/Teams screenings to assess qualifications and fit Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS Required Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR support preferred Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sourcing tools Proficiency with ATS systems (ADP or similar preferred) Strong ability to screen candidates and assess qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills
