Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking travellers and tourism clients via phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism.

Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, itinerary modifications, and cancellations, providing accurate and timely information throughout the process.

Handle customer enquiries related to holiday packages, hotel accommodations, flights, and tourism services, offering clear and knowledgeable guidance at every stage.

Resolve complaints and concerns efficiently and empathetically, turning challenging situations into positive customer experiences that build lasting loyalty.

Coordinate with internal teams and third-party tourism partners to ensure seamless service delivery and swift resolution of customer issues.

Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and case details into the company's CRM system, maintaining meticulous records in accordance with company standards.

Stay up to date with the latest tourism products, destination information, travel regulations, and promotions in order to provide customers with the most relevant and current advice.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant tourism services and products, contributing to overall team revenue targets and business growth.
