What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of diagnoses and functional needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on maximizing independence and safety
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Help create positive outcomes that improve residents' quality of life

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Michigan
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
