What You’ll Do

• Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
• Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face
• Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
• Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
• Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
• Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and

mentorship

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay
• Uncapped commission structure
• Most new reps earn $700-$1,200/week during training and ramp-up
• Successful reps typically earn $1,200-$2,000+/week
• Top performers earn significantly more

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude

• Reliable with full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 11 AM-8 PM)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
