The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining regulatory documentation, coordinating product testing, supporting internal audits, and performing administrative duties that support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule required product testing with licensed laboratories.

Prepare, document, weigh, tag, and submit product samples in accordance with company procedures and applicable state regulations.

Monitor the status of laboratory testing and maintain communication with lab personnel.

Review Certificates of Analysis and lab reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Verify that all testing results meet applicable state regulatory requirements before authorizing product release.

Maintain and update testing trackers, databases and compliance records.

Coordinate retest requests and resubmissions when product fails testing or additional analysis is required.

Track testing timelines to ensure products move efficiently through the manufacturing process.

Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for laboratory reports, testing records, and regulatory documentation.

Assist with collecting and filing production, inventory, cleaning, waste, and quality logs.

Support internal audits and regulatory inspections by preparing and organizing required documentation.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve testing or documentation issues.

Identify opportunities to improve testing workflows, recordkeeping, schedules, and administrative processes.

Maintain the confidentiality and security of proprietary company information, regulatory records, and sensitive compliance documentation.
