Far more than a traditional customer service position, a CSSR serves as both a trusted advisor and relationship managerhelping clients understand their insurance needs, secure appropriate coverage, and navigate lifes unexpected challenges with confidence. By combining outstanding customer service with insurance knowledge and sales expertise, a CSSR helps clients make informed decisions that protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and other valuable assets from financial loss caused by accidents, liability claims, theft, severe weather, and other unforeseen events.
