Overview

We are seeking experienced concrete workers who have hands-on experience with forming, mixing, pouring, and stripping concrete. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on commercial construction projects, uses hand and power tools safely, and can work efficiently as part of a crew. Blueprint reading is not required for this position.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial concrete construction experience preferred.
  • Experience building, setting, and stripping concrete forms.
  • Experience mixing and pouring concrete.
  • Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • OSHA 10 certification is a plus, but not required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build, set, brace, and strip concrete forms.
  • Mix, pour, and place concrete according to project requirements.
  • Assist with leveling, screeding, and finishing concrete as directed.
  • Measure and cut materials for concrete forms.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all company and jobsite safety policies.
  • Work closely with the superintendent and crew to complete tasks on schedule.
  • Perform other concrete-related duties as assigned.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
