About the Role

Residents Medical Group (RMG) helps international and U.S. medical graduates secure residency and fellowship placements through advising, hands-on clinical experiences, and direct relationships with teaching hospitals and GME programs. We're hiring a Director of Sales to own revenue growth — building and leading the team that converts qualified physician candidates into enrolled clients.

This is a player-coach role. You'll carry a strategic pipeline yourself while building the structure, targets, and coaching that let a counseling/sales team perform at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales pipeline: lead generation, qualification, conversion, and retention of medical graduate clients.

Build and manage a team of counselors/sales reps — set quotas, run pipeline reviews, and coach to close.

Design and refine the sales process, scripts, and CRM workflow; report on conversion metrics and revenue forecasts to leadership.

Develop partnerships and referral channels (international medical schools, consultancies, advising networks) that feed qualified leads.

Partner with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead-quality feedback loops.

Ensure every client interaction is compliant, accurate about outcomes, and consistent with RMG's brand and ethical standards.
