Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Title Company Processor/Closer role based in Miami Lakes, FL. The Processor/Closer will manage files from opening through post-closing, including ordering and reviewing title searches, clearing title requirements, and preparing settlement statements and closing packages. The role includes coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and customers to obtain required documentation, verify information, and schedule closings. Day-to-day responsibilities also include data entry into title software, maintaining accurate records, resolving issues that arise before or at closing, and providing responsive, professional customer service throughout the transaction.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Experience in title processing and closing, including reviewing title commitments, clearing title issues, and preparing settlement/closing statements.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, mortgage documentation, and escrow procedures; familiarity with Florida real estate and title regulations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with title and closing software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and general office technology.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with demonstrated skill in managing multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain documents clearly and interact professionally with clients and industry partners.
- High attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and comfort working with financial figures, disbursements, and reconciliations.
- Ability to work on-site full time, operate both independently and as part of a team, and exercise sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a title company or law firm is required; a high school diploma is required, and additional education or certifications in real estate or title work are a plus.
- The position offers an annual salary starting at $55,000, with final compensation determined based on experience.
