Hiring Pay Range: $18.50–$19.50 per hour (DOE)

Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Days: TBD (Weekend availability required)

Status: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking dependable, enthusiastic, dedicated, and well-rounded individuals to join our FDA Sanitation team.

In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing our bakery while safely using a variety of cleaning products and chemicals, including degreasers, soaps, and sanitizing solutions. A key responsibility is the assembly and disassembly of production equipment for cleaning and sanitation, followed by properly reassembling the equipment according to established procedures.

This position requires working in a bakery production environment around industrial equipment, ovens, wet floors, refrigerated areas, and varying temperatures. Since we operate 364 days a year, weekend and holiday availability is required.

Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding, labor-intensive position.

• Repetitive overhead lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Push and pull up to 100 pounds
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching while cleaning equipment and production areas
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift
• Ability to work safely in hot, cold, wet, and fast-paced production environments

• Ability to learn, remember, and follow equipment assembly and disassembly procedures
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a cooperative and respectful attitude
• Flexible and willing to assist with production and other duties as needed
• Ability to safely learn and operate equipment required to perform assigned duties
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
