Surgical Technologist - Operating Room - Travel - (Surg Tech - OR)

StartDate: 7/14/2026 Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $1977.00 - $2078.00

Travel Operating Room assignments in Anchorage, AK give you the opportunity to work in a modern surgical department at a 250-bed acute care hospital. 11 OR suites. Unit sees Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, Variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General). Very little ENT, Dental, Eyes or plastics Anchorage has many fine restaurants, museums and shopping. Alyeska Ski Resort for downhill skiing only 40 miles away, and Cross Country skiing is available in the city of Anchorage. Kenai Peninsula has beautiful coastline and national parks. The city’s unique blend of urban amenities and natural beauty makes it an appealing destination for travel nurses. To qualify, you need current nursing licensure, recent operating room experience, and proficiency with EMR systems. Recommended skills include strong attention to detail, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications

Surgical Technologist, OR

Experience: 2 years

Certifications: CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy needed)

On Call: typically about 5-6 shifts every 8 weeks

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Davinci Xi Robotic

Spinal Fusion (orthopedic or Neuroservice)_

Orthopedics to include Total Joint Arthroplasty

Preferred Qualifications

EPIC

Scrub experience
