Bilingual Front Desk/Medical Assistant (CMA)

We are seeking a Medical Assistant who can assist in both front desk and back office duties for our vascular clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be adaptable, and maintain a positive attitude while working closely with patients and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Front Desk Duties:

• Greeting patients and checking them in and out with a friendly, professional attitude
• Accurately scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
• Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with inquiries
• Calling and rescheduling cancellations and no-shows
• Collecting copays
• Confirming that proper documentation is in patient charts

Medical Assistant / Clinical Duties:

• Assisting the Nurse Practitioner with office visits and procedures
• Preparing exam rooms and maintaining clinical supplies
• Taking vital signs and updating patient medical records
• Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification
• Previous experience in a vascular or specialty practice a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a professional demeanor
• Experience with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
