Legal Receptionist (with Legal Assistant Support Duties) – Fully Remote

Corvia Consulting is hiring a full-time Legal Receptionist to support U.S.

-based personal injury law firms. This role combines front-line client communication with administrative and legal assistant responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who are organized, professional, and comfortable handling client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Intake

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Conduct initial intake and gather case-related information
  • Schedule consultations and manage calendars
  • Provide a professional, empathetic client experience

Administrative & Reception Duties

  • Maintain and update client records and contact information
  • Route calls and messages to the appropriate team members
  • Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses
  • Assist with general administrative support tasks
  • Help prepare and organize legal documents and case files
  • Assist attorneys and case managers with follow-ups and documentation
  • Track deadlines and maintain organized case records

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Handle all client and firm information with strict confidentiality
  • Follow legal, ethical, and company standards at all times

Tools & Requirements

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Comfortable using case management systems and communication tools
  • Required to use Hubstaff for time and productivity tracking
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Paid bi-weekly via Deel or Wise (you must maintain an active account)
  • This is an independent contractor role (not U.S. employment)

  • Prior experience in legal, intake, or administrative roles is a plus (not required)
