Position Summary: Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; We perform other tasks as needed across departments.
Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ)
Education/Experience (BMQ):
HS Diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience 1-2 years
Additional preferences: Experience working in a laboratory setting
Ability and/or Skills(BMQ):
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF, CRM)

Requirements:
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
Position is full-time Monday - Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm). Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Atlanta, GA are encouraged to apply.
Pay rate: $19/hr
Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
