Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound reservations enquiries from German-speaking customers via telephone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and professional assistance in alignment with Singapore Airlines' world-class service standards.

Process flight bookings, ticket amendments, cancellations, and rebookings within the airline's reservation systems, ensuring full accuracy and compliance with aviation industry guidelines.

Advise customers on fare options, baggage policies, seat selections, upgrades, and loyalty programme benefits specific to Singapore Airlines.

Identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely, empathetic, and solutions-oriented manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate aviation support teams when necessary.

Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, booking modifications, and service requests within the designated CRM and airline reservation platforms.

Stay fully informed of Singapore Airlines' current routes, promotions, travel advisories, and aviation regulations in order to deliver consistently accurate information to German-speaking travellers.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and airline liaisons to ensure seamless coordination and an outstanding end-to-end customer journey.

Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of the reservations department.
