Senior Maintenance Tech – Onsite 2nd Shift, Greenhouse Systems

A leading real estate services firm is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment across various sites. Responsibilities include overseeing preventative maintenance, performing and delegating tasks, and mentoring junior technicians. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, expertise in plumbing and electrical systems, and strong interpersonal skills. This is an onsite position in Woodland, CA, with an estimated compensation of $35.00 – $40.00 per hour.
