The Benefits Boss is a remote insurance organization that provides health and life
coverage solutions to individuals and families. We support licensed insurance
professionals through training, technology, and operational resources in a professional
remote environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking licensed Health Insurance Agents to assist clients with insurance
coverage options through phone and virtual communication. This role focuses on client
education, policy guidance, and maintaining compliance standards.
Agents will work remotely and receive access to training and support resources.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective clients via phone and online platforms
Provide information about health and life insurance coverage options
Assist clients with policy selection and enrollment processes
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities
Follow company and regulatory compliance requirements
Participate in training and team meetings
Qualifications
Active Health or Life Insurance License required with at least 1 State License.
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation & Schedule
Compensation is based on performance and production. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
1099 position.
