Carl’s Jr. is looking for friendly, energetic Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you’ll help deliver great-tasting food and exceptional customer service while working in a fun, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
Prepare food items according to Carl’s Jr. standards and recipes
Ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy meet company expectations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (grills, fryers, etc.)
Assist with stocking, inventory, and restocking supplies as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to keep service running smoothly during peak hours
Support opening, closing, and shift cleaning duties as assigned
