• Carry out custodial duties including dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required for special events or deep cleaning initiatives.
• Provide excellent hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are necessary for success in this role.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
