Position Description

- Weekly pay
- Hourly Pay: $29.00 per hour base, plus an additional $1 for every 3 certifications/endorsements
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- Work 40+ hours per week
- Per diem pay: $50.00 per night
- Overnight routes with hotel accommodations or sleeper truck
- Paid travel
- Tenure bonus: $1,000 for each year with the company
- Paid training provided

As a Ryder driver, you will:
- Deliver SOLO to: Western 11 States
- Work on Regional OTR routes
- Drive Day cab or Sleeper trucks, straight trucks
- Handle various trailer types: Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed 28', 48', 53'
- Use an electric pallet jack
- Require 6 - 9 months experience for Flatbed, and 3 months for Doubles
- Carry appropriate endorsements
- Transport a mix of touch and no-touch freight

Requirements:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Pass a Ryder drug test
- Comply with background checks including motor vehicle records
- Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
- Hold a Class A CDL with necessary endorsements
- Verifiable experience: 9 months within the past 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years
- Ability to follow instructions and read regulations
