As a member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are happy by delivering our delicious products securely and in a timely fashion. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and transporting merchandise from the storage area designated by retail partners on your daily route. Furthermore, you will be responsible for verifying and collecting any items that are slated for return to the sales center. This is the perfect position for someone who desires a steady, successful organization that provides a local route.

Responsibilities include:

• Following all safety procedures is mandatory, particularly while commuting to and from the Sales Center and meeting customers on the way throughout the day.
• Your primary responsibility is to efficiently deliver all store shipments in a safe and productive manner, with the purpose of replenishing customer inventories.
• Confirm the accuracy of store delivery inventory by performing a thorough check against the invoiced quantity under the supervision of the warehouse/backroom supervisor.
• Guarantee the accuracy of the truck inventory by verifying it against the load-out report.
• Manages the storage area to contain back rooms or stock areas that are arranged systematically and can be accessed safely.
• Collect and deliver pallets, shells, and allocated merchandises as instructed.

Requirements:

• The minimum age requirement to participate is 21 years
• A valid Class A CDL license is a prerequisite for this position
• The requirements stipulated by Swires' vehicle policy necessitate that your driving record meets specific standards
• Flexibility in terms of working schedule, which may include weekends, nights and public holidays as required by the company's demands
• Having the potential to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
