Med 44 Arcadia is seeking a highly organized, professional, and patient-focused Front Office & Clinical Assistant Aesthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and administrative responsibilities while working in a fast-paced luxury aesthetic practice.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, passionate about aesthetics, and excited to grow within the industry. This position offers hands-on experience in patient care, clinic operations, marketing, and aesthetics with opportunities for advancement.

Primary Responsibilities

Front Office & Administrative Support

• Manage front desk operations including greeting patients and answering phones
• Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars
• Assist with patient check-in, checkout, and payment processing
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Aesthetic Record
• Support administrative projects and clinic operations as needed

Clinical & Patient Care Support

• Room patients and assist providers during treatments
• Take before-and-after photos and complete patient intake
• Review pre- and post-care instructions with patients
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and inventory
• Assist with treatments within scope of licensure, including:
• Facials
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Hydrafacials
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience from arrival through checkout

Patient Experience & Sales Support

• Educate patients on skincare products and treatment options
• Assist with treatment plan communication and follow-up
• Support retail sales and service recommendations
• Deliver a luxury, patient-centered experience at every interaction

Marketing & Brand Support

• Assist with social media content creation including stories and behind-the-scenes content
• Capture treatment photos and videos
• Upload content to Instagram, Google, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Support in-clinic events, promotions, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Previous aesthetics, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and patient care
