Roles and Duties:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods by packing, loading, and shipping items to retail stores and customers.

Requirements:

  • Capable of regularly handling and carrying merchandise that weigh between 35-50 pounds throughout the duration of a workday.
  • Able to transport goods weighing up to 60 pounds from time to time throughout the workday.
  • Perform actions that involve standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching repetitively during shifts.
  • A positive and respectful approach is crucial to succeeding in both solo projects and team efforts.
  • Skilled in proficiently applying elementary mathematical concepts like counting, addition, and subtraction.
  • Demonstrating the talent to effectively read and understand the information on product documentation, labels, and tickets.
  • Competent use of computer systems and handheld devices can be achieved with little supervision after appropriate training.
  • Being a strong communicator can improve teamwork, collaboration, and overall productivity in any work environment
  • Understanding and complying with safety policies, procedures, and instructions require a reasonable level of proficiency in English to read, speak, and understand directives.

Additional Requirements:

  • Competent in handling all powered equipment with proper safety precautions, including Scissor Lift, Pallet Rider, Sit-Down, and Standup Forklift, and capable of working at a height of up to 40ft when required.
  • Conduct work operations at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine level, as appropriate
  • Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions, such as refrigerated or frozen environments, for the duration of the shift.
