As a Concierge Security Officer, you will be stationed at our clients' locations, such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, providing support and ensuring the safety of all individuals.

• Set Schedule: 8 AM - 5:30 PM Friday & 8 AM - 2:30 PM Saturday (16 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, verifying identity, and assisting visitors
• Manage access control efficiently
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, administer first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Assist with inquiries in person or via phone
• Document incidents and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Previous Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus!
• State license if required
