The Digital Sales Manager (DSM) will lead the execution of current and future digital strategies with a strong focus on driving commercial outcomes through the management, development, and performance of the Digital Solutions sales team. This role is responsible for the strategic execution, operational oversight, and adoption of Intuitive’s digital solutions by partnering closely with customers, marketing, sales, and other key cross-functional teams. Success in this role will require the ability to build and execute detailed go-to-market plans, manage cross-functional alignment, and motivate teams to meet growth targets. The DSM will play a pivotal role in expanding the footprint of Intuitive’s digital solutions by identifying, targeting, and converting sales opportunities, while continuously improving team efficiency and customer engagement. Acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers, the DSM will lead the integration of new and emerging digital offerings, ensuring effective execution across targeting, utilization, training, and support. This individual will regularly lead and facilitate meetings, solve key business challenges, and develop scalable programs to support revenue growth and adoption. Strong leadership, relationship-building, and strategic sales execution skills will be critical for long-term success in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build, train, and lead a high-performing team of Digital Sales Representatives with a focus on driving pipeline growth, accelerating sales cycles, and maximizing customer acquisition and retention.

Design and execute sales strategies to increase the adoption and utilization of digital solutions through strategic targeting, tailored customer support, and consultative selling that highlights product functionality and business value.

Set and enforce daily sales goals and monthly KPIs for outbound calls, lead generation, client meetings, and qualified opportunities to ensure consistent pipeline progression and revenue growth.

Facilitate key sales operations and planning cycles, including territory planning, resource allocation, and portfolio management to align with customer needs and market trends.

Bridge corporate and field sales teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, leads, and market strategy across the organization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to drive go-to-market initiatives, refine messaging, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Lead change management and adoption strategies for new digital solutions, including sales enablement, internal and external training, and stakeholder buy-in.

Gather and act on customer and internal feedback to improve customer experience, accelerate adoption, and inform product enhancements—serving as the critical voice of the customer to Product Management.

Track and report on project milestones, documentation, and deliverables to stakeholders, sponsors, and management

Manage essential administrative functions including sales activity reporting, and submission of expense reports, ensuring full visibility and compliance

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales leadership - preferably within the medical device, healthcare technology, or enterprise software sectors.

2+ years of experience leading projects required

Direct experience managing and growing strategic accounts, key customers, and/or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) is highly desirable

Demonstrates success in executing sales strategies and leading complex, cross-functional projects to drive customer adoption

Strong ability to influence decision-makers remotely through consultative selling and compelling communication

Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Working Conditions

Comfortable working in a flexible dynamic schedule

Remote work but requires some field selling

Able to travel up to 75%, some short notice travel required

Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas

Able to Lift 60 lbs.
