The Property Manager is responsible for the full-service management of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market, with a primary focus on industrial properties. This individual will serve as the day-to-day owner of their portfolio, partnering directly with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, maximize asset performance, and execute strategic property initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lease Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants throughout the lease lifecycle, including onboarding, lease administration, and enforcement of lease obligations.
- Maintain accurate lease documentation, records, and critical dates.
- Proactively address tenant issues and ensure a high level of service and responsiveness.
Accounts Receivable
- Partner with tenants and ownership groups to manage rent collections and resolve delinquency issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting team on billing, collections, and payment reconciliations.
Property & Facilities Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring assets are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Facilities team to address work orders, preventative maintenance, vendor management, and capital improvement projects.
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide recommendations to enhance asset performance and tenant experience.
Client & Tenant Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors by communicating professionally and responding with urgency.
- Act as the day-to-day steward of each property, balancing operational needs with ownership objectives.
- Deliver a high-touch service experience and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
Financial Management
- Review and approve invoices and monitor property expenses against budget.
- Prepare annual operating budgets and assist with forecasting and financial planning.
- Review financial reports with clients and provide insights on property performance and operational initiatives.
Who You Are
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership, is a strong decision maker, and follows through on commitments.
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach to relationships.
- Experienced in commercial property management, with 3–5 years of managing commercial real estate assets.
- Familiar with industrial properties, including warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, flex, or logistics assets, and energized by the unique operational needs of these environments.
- Comfortable managing operating budgets, capital projects, vendor relationships, and direct client interactions.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to learn new systems and navigate changing priorities.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas with the ability to change brokerages.
- Must hold a current Texas Driver's License.
- Must have a reliable vehicle. Mileage reimbursement included.
- Based in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex or be willing to relocate prior to employment.
- Must maintain a current cell phone plan with the ability to take and share photos.
- Knowledge of commercial property-related facilities and building systems.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize competing demands and respond effectively to emergency situations.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
