We're looking for a driven and motivated Office Manager to support our construction business. This individual must be organized and detail-oriented, and will work with our construction management team to ensure our projects runs efficiently. Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks and accounts receivable and payable. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a background in office administration and must be willing to take initiative.Responsibilities:Manage QuickbooksOversee office supplies and budgeting.Manage communication between construction team members and the administrative staff.Manage the budget for office technology.Manage the maintenance of all office equipment.Oversee the printing of documents.Work with outside vendors on construction projects.Answer Phones and EmailsJob Type: Full-timePay: $46,972.00 - $51,066.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Miami, FL 33166: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
