ABSTRACTOR 1, QA & QI -FULL TIME

Looking for a detail oriented and organized individual to assist with abstraction of objective medical record data for use in the hospital quality management program and for use in measuring and evaluating quality care delivery. Must have knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Health Information Management or equivalent training or experience in a Medical Record Department preferred. Experience preferred but on the job training is possible.
