JerseySTEM is seeking a proactive Recruiter/Business Partner to support our mission of providing STEM education to underserved middle school girls in New Jersey. This is a pro-bono position requiring a commitment of at least 6 flexible hours per week for a minimum of six months. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, and engaging candidates.
