About the Role:
As an Insurance Producer, you’ll play a key role in attracting new clients through our existing business relationships and growing additional relationships. From sales to client service and policy processing, you will have a direct impact on our efficiency and client satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly, solves problems proactively, and can manage tasks independently while staying aligned with team goals.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative and operational tasks to support the agency team
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text in a clear, professional, and caring way
- Run quotes, process renewals and policy changes, and other service tasks (training provided)
- Keep systems and records organized and up-to-date
- Proactively help clients and and fellow team members
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks without constant supervision
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of full-time insurance experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and work independently
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
- Insurance license required
