Customer Support Representative

Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, the full-time Customer Support Representative will manage communications via phone, email, and chat, while handling order status questions and sample submissions remotely. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, sample submissions, and results Manage sample orders and perform account updates using Salesforce and internal systems Assist with routine administrative tasks and escalate complex issues as necessary Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in customer service or an office setting strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required Experience with Salesforce preferred but not required Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally with a customer-centric approach
