Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient team. Both experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical reasoning, excellent manual therapy skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care while continuing to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong clinical, analytical, and communication skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply
