About the Role

As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers calling with questions, service requests, and account inquiries. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service by resolving concerns efficiently, providing accurate information, and ensuring every caller has a positive experience.

What You'll Do

Inbound Customer Support

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

Administrative Support

  • Document customer interactions accurately using CRM and call center systems.

  • Complete data entry and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve service goals.
  • Participate in paid training, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
  • Share customer feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For
