FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR PAINTER

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PERSON/SUPERVISOR PAINTER to lead our painting team on construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. This role involves supervising painting crews, coordinating project schedules, and managing all aspects of paint application on various construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management software and technical tools. Your expertise will help drive project success, maintain quality control, and uphold safety protocols across multiple projects.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of painting crews, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to determine painting requirements and specifications
• Oversee budgeting, procurement of materials, and resource allocation for painting tasks
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards (OSHA), industry best practices, and client specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication regarding project progress and issues

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in commercial or residential painting within the construction industry
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and the use of safety equipment on-site
• Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining safety standards
