Part-time Pharmacy Technician

Provision Pharmacy is a community, long-term care, family owned closed-door pharmacy in the San Diego area looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time pharmacy technician to join our team.

This position starts as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Process and verify prescription orders and insurance claims
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and place supply orders as needed
• Keep the pharmacy area clean and organized in compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacy Technician license (or eligibility to obtain one within 90 days of hire date)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred but not required
• DigitalRx experience is a plus

Schedule: Weekdays, part-time hours

Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
