We're looking for:
We are seeking talented performance marketers to join our fast-paced team and drive results across multiple digital channels. The scope of our work is constantly evolving, but what we are looking for today is a strong marketer who specializes in Paid Media (Social and Search) typically includes the following specialties:
You should be skilled in developing compelling marketing strategies that engage target audiences and drive consumers to act. This role offers the opportunity to work with category leading brands while staying at the forefront of digital marketing innovation in a collaborative agency environment.
You'll do:
Paid Social & Search
Become an expert on our clients' brands and goals and develop creative solutions that scale the their Paid Media efforts efficiently
Own brand outcomes from strategy to campaign/ad set/ad launches for a portfolio of clients across verticals (B2B, Healthcare, D2C)
Provide strategic insight on emerging trends and industry developments as they impact the social media/paid search landscape
You have:
Paid Media
Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Social (Meta platforms, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit)
Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Search (Google ads and Bing ads)
CRO experience is a nice to have. If you are not proficient yet we will give you opportunities to learn it on the joby
Hands-on-keyboard experience managing campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and ongoing optimization to hit CPA, ROAS, CPL and other growth goals.
Lead experiments and multivariate testing to continuously improve performance for managed channels
Spent at least 7 figures in ad spend ($1 million - $10 million minimum) across your career. The more experience you have on spending (and spending efficiently, the better)
Fundamental understanding of how Paid Social and Paid Search work together and within the broader landscape of Digital Marketing.
