Responsibilities:

• Perform uniformed patrol and access control at assigned sites
• Monitor premises, report incidents, and complete daily activity logs via Connecteam
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with supervisory staff
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold post orders at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Maryland Security Guard License
• Completion of Maryland 16-hour Pre-Assignment Training (COMAR standards)
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Shift flexibility (days, evenings, overnights)

Preferred Qualifications:

• SPO Commission (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior security or law enforcement experience
• Experience with government or institutional sites
