Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a customer service or retail environment, or at least 4 years of service in the military
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and sales acumen
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for mentoring and coaching staff
• High School diploma or GED required

Key Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the country where you are applying with valid documentation
• Able to reliably work a full-time schedule, averaging over 40 hours per week
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

In this Store Manager position, you will be responsible for supervising daily store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and sustaining a culture of inclusion for both customers and partners. Your leadership will guide team members toward personal and collective growth, while maintaining outstanding customer service standards.
