Become a part of our caring community As a Receptionist, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. Working onsite, you will report to the Center Administration. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. As a Receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as: You will greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone. You will maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems. You will update patient accounts and collect copays when needed. You will keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized. You will help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination. Required Qualifications One year or more of healthcare, customer service or call center experience. Experience handling multiple phone lines and high call volume. Experience working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Bilingual in English and Spanish Other Qualifications: Value-based care model experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 to 5:00 Location: Onsite at CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at 2335 E Lake Mead Blvd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
