Responsibilities

• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the premises and identify potential security threats
• Perform routine patrols of the property to ensure safety, check for unauthorized access, and identify hazards or suspicious activity
• Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizations of visitors, contractors, and employees
• Respond promptly to security alarms or incidents, providing clear communication with emergency responders when necessary
• Enforce property policies related to loss prevention, conflict management, and safety procedures
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
• Assist in emergency situations by administering first aid or CPR if needed and following established protocols

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with security procedures, including access control and incident reporting
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for detecting irregularities or safety concerns
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
