Maintenance Technician job at Maloney Properties, Inc.. Worcester, MA. We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Worcester area. The work hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm with on-call duties shared on rotation. Responsibilities include performing in-unit repairs, turnovers, preventative maintenance, general building repairs, and groundskeeping.

Residential maintenance experience is preferred. Experience with general maintenance to include painting, janitorial, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC are required. Knowledge of Yardi is plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Ability to participate in emergency calls and snow removal is required.
