We are searching for a Skilled Automotive Technician to enhance our team! In this role, you'll perform a variety of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and provide outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess solid automotive experience and a dedication to precision, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a wide range of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical concerns using the appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Accurately document all services and repairs completed.
  • Ensure work meets or surpasses manufacturer guidelines and quality expectations.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements through continuous training and certification programs.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about recommended services and completed repairs, answering any questions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
  • Adhere to all established safety standards and workplace regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems, mechanical functions, and components.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of modern diagnostic tools and service equipment.
  • Effective communicator with a focus on customer experience.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving history.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
