What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager , you’ll play a key role in the success of your store by:
Leading & Supporting : Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
Delivering Great Service : Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.
Managing the Store : Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
Driving Efficiency : Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
