We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and values accuracy, integrity, and collaboration.

As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations, payroll processes, accounts payable, vendor relationships, and reporting functions. You'll work closely with leadership, operations, and our external accounting partners to help ensure the financial health and success of the company.

Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

Support the bi-weekly payroll process by calculating technician commissions, bonuses, spiffs, and pay adjustments.

Review employee timesheets for accuracy and make corrections as necessary.

Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee compensation data.

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

Manage the accounts payable process by monitoring the payables email account and processing invoices and receipts.

Ensure all accounting documentation is properly saved digitally and filed according to company procedures.

Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing, payments, and account inquiries.

Build and maintain positive vendor relationships while ensuring timely issue resolution.

Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.

Accounting & Financial Support

1. Coordinate with external accounting partners by submitting required documentation and proactively addressing questions or discrepancies.

2. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

3 Generate ad hoc reports and financial information as requested.

Operations & Administrative Support

1. Work closely with operations teams to request funding on completed projects.

2. Monitor sold projects and job records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

3. Update and distribute daily reports for senior management.

4. Manage company-issued electronic devices, including iPads, iPhones, laptops, and other equipment.
