Site Superintendent (Landscape / Irrigation)

We are seeking a skilled field superintendent to join our construction company (commercial/public work).

Your Duties Will Include

• Daily field oversight on all ongoing and incoming projects. Including hiring and training.
• Jobsite inspections prior to mobilization.
• Attending preconstruction/ Coordination meetings.
• Review and interpret blue-prints to field personal.
• Communicate all job-related issues from the site and crew to management.
• Coordinating material and deliveries between the field and the office management team.
• Enforce safety protocols to protect both employees and the environment

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required
• 5-years experience in the land scape industry (commercial/public).
• Irrigation proficiency.
• Knowledge of land scape equipment
• Ability to prioritize work/multi-task.
