Manufacturing Operations Manager

Summary: Directs the manufacturing and packaging functions for high-quality products and to achieve the business drivers of cost, quality, customer service, compliance and safety. At the lower levels manages one or several manufacturing functions, such as assembly, or the fabrication and machine shops. Manages and coordinates manufacturing activities so that approved products are manufactured on schedule within quality and cost objectives. Structures assigned organization and staff positions with personnel to accomplish business objectives.
