Position: Full Time Groundskeeper
Salary: $16.00 – $19.20 hourly
Hours: 7am–4pm, Monday–Friday.
Compensation Generous PTO up to 104 hours annually
1.5x Holiday Pay
1.5x Overtime Pay for hours over 40 per week

Position Summary The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the community landscape including lawns, gardens, roadways, and nature trails. This position reports to the Grounds Supervisor.
Responsibilities Work as a team to accomplish daily goals and project completion.
Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging on a seasonal basis.
Maintain the landscape by trimming bushes, spreading mulch, removing plants, planting, and edging.
Keep the job site clean and organized at all times.
Adhere to safety procedures and maintain equipment accordingly.
Education and Experience Less than high school education, six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Background in grounds and landscaping, minor carpentry, painting, and mechanical skills preferred.
Experience with snowplows also preferred.
Willing to train the right person with a positive attitude.
Ability to maintain professional communication and work with a diverse team.
Organization and time‑management skills.
Reliable transportation to work and punctuality.
Positive attitude and teamwork.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and fulfill physical job duties.
