Experienced Caregiver in the North Dallas Area

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate caregiver who is committed to providing exceptional in home care for seniors. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and dedicated to helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional caregiving experience with seniors
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful when working with older adults and other vulnerable populations
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, long term personal care and companionship
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients for changes in condition
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
• Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and community activities
• Support clients living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other cognitive and developmental conditions
• Promote client safety, independence, dignity, and overall well being

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
