Seeking a seasonal full-time Bilingual Contact Center Agent, this remote position will manage inbound calls to assist individuals registering for hurricane disaster relief, requiring a friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for disaster assistance registration Conduct calls with patience and courtesy to assess needs and provide instructions Enter data into a Windows-based database while following scripted protocols Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in English and Spanish At least 6 months of customer service-related experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Must have a high-speed internet connection
