Key Responsibilities
As the Grant Accountant, you will:
- Manage grant accounting activities and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Perform accounts receivable functions and monitor grant reimbursements
- Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
- Assist with financial reporting and grant-related analysis
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support audit requests
- Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate grant tracking and reporting
Qualifications
Ideal candidates for this Grant Accountant role will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics required
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with grant accounting, accounts receivable, month-end close, and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
